The one-year advanced course equips students with the skills and knowledge required to pursue further study in all aspects of Home Economics - culinary arts, textiles and business. This is an exciting opportunity with new progression routes to Home Economics and Nutrition BSc, with a view to teaching Home Economics at 2nd level.
Applicants should have an established Leaving Certificate with 4 subjects at Honours Level, and Mathematics at Ordinary Level (minimum O4). Home Economics is desirable as places are limited.
