| Cake Sale in aid of Finglas Suicide Network
We wish to acknowledge our gratitude to the Catering Level 5 class who organised and delivered a cake sale in aid of Finglas Suicide Network.
| Dairy Chef Fiacht Competition
The Dairy Chef Fiacht competition was recently held in Colaiste Ide. We had student apprentices partake in the competition. The participants included Peter Lewis ( overall winner and college representative), Caroline Ring, Ricardo Candelaria and Joey Boland.
| Homeless Soup Run 2019
The Homeless Soup run is an annual event held by Colaiste Ide College of Further Education. This will be our 7th year helping homeless in providing support in a time of need.

Attention students, feedback on your progress to date will be given on Monday the 16th and Tuesday the 17th of December.
| Bake Sale and Push-Up Competition
We want to acknowledge the effort all level 4 groups: Social Care, Sports, ICT, Retail, Security and Catering who organised a Bake Sale and Push-Up Competition in aid of Debra Ireland and Colaiste Ide Homeless Outreach Project.
| Fontys University Tour
Colaiste Ide Pre University Physiotherapy students visited Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. The tour of Fontys University was hosted by 2017 graduates of our Pre University Physiotherapy programme.
| Erasmus +
The Erasmus programme is an EU funded programme that organises student exchanges. Each exchange is designed to enable the student to gain valuable international experience in a programme specific context. Students will get the opportunity to go abroad to Italy & France. The date for submission of all relevant documentation has been extended until Friday 8th Novemeber.
| Weekly Workshop in Study Skills Centre
If you need help with assignments, formatting, layout, harvard referencing, powerpoint, etc. A range of weekly workshops will be running in the Study Skills Centre.

New Module in Medical Administration/Terminology as part of the Office Administration programme.
The aim of this module is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence required to carry out Reception Front Office related operations, whilst achieving excellence in Medical Administration/Terminology.
