The Colaiste Ide Culinary students operate a range of themed restaurants throughout the course of their study. Themes include a diverse range of concepts from Disney, Carnival and a Food Festival theme to Hawaiian Luau, Mexican, Asian and a range of other appealing themes from around the world.

Colaiste Ide Apprentices were part of the Culinary team in Radisson Blu, Sligo in October. The students produced a wide range of dishes, from a smoked Duck starter to the cheese board.
